There is a new challenge for those who have access to a camcorder. Film yourself completing the challenge by doing (at least) twenty pull-ups/chin-ups and share the video through Youtube. Just found this website. Need something to help with getting more pullups done. I work for a special team and need to get my upperbody strength up. So in the am I start!

I was hoping for 16-17.. 18 is fine by me too though. So I guess it's one more try from week 5 onwards.. this time going for column 3 and now I'm really hopeful that I might actually get that 20 at the end of week6. We'll see.
