There is a new challenge for those who have access to a camcorder. Film yourself completing the challenge by doing (at least) twenty pull-ups/chin-ups and share the video through Youtube. (You should also mention your username in the video's info.) Contact me with the link and I'll add you to the Youtube-section of the Hall of Fame.
What would be a better way to motivate those still trying to complete the Twenty Pull-ups Challenge?
I've successfully finished the 10+ column, Week 1 with 12 pull-ups on the third day. I'm looking forward to the next week!
I'm 16 years old and this seems a bit too easy, but if other comments are anything too go by then it should get harder an hopefully test my abilities
"Payday loans have become quite popular among employed Americans who can be currently going through short-term cash flow difficulties and urgently need funds before next pay day. Although these short term cash advances carry a high interest rate with them, they are generally the best choice for customers who want to pay other responsibilities such as credit cards, rent/mortgages, car payments, and overdraft checks. Almost all of these bills have steep late pay back fees with them that can quite easily be more expensive than a financial charge on cash advances.
6 max
it was easy :O
ok Imade a initial test today....only 15 pullups!! Damn
when I started this I made 14... damn
Felt like crap. Struggled with every set. Off day I guess. If day three is this bad I may repeat this week
feeling a bit stronger but not going down all the way. Finished fairly confidently
