Youtube Challenge

There is a new challenge for those who have access to a camcorder. Film yourself completing the challenge by doing (at least) twenty pull-ups/chin-ups and share the video through Youtube. (You should also mention your username in the video's info.) Contact me with the link and I'll add you to the Youtube-section of the Hall of Fame.

What would be a better way to motivate those still trying to complete the Twenty Pull-ups Challenge?

Estonian translation

Muhk3l translated the site to Estonian. You can access the translated version by clicking the Estonian flag in the corner of the pages. Great job Muhk3l! I'm sure this will motivate more Estonian people to do pull-ups :)

Alternative workout for those who have pull-up bar at home

Sometimes you get stuck and you have to do some day's workout again and again. If you find yourself in that situation you might want to try this workout for a change.

Aim for 20-50 reps. You have whole day to do this. Let's say that you spend 8 hours at home. This means that you have to do about 2-7 reps per hour. I suggest that you don't do more than half of your max in one set. You have very much time to rest between the sets, so this will be easier than it seems at first.

Discussion forum

Forum is located at forum.twentypullups.com.

The poll showed that about 70% of the users here wanted a discussion forum, so I decided to create one.

Now it's up to you to make it active. Feel free to give feedback, ideas, comments etc. so I could make it better.
