Well on Monday I did pull-ups first and finished, but I couldn't finish the push-ups, which I did last. Tonight I did the push-ups first, and couldn't finish all the pull-ups. I think I'm going to split them into different work-out nights (MWF and TRS probably). Keep on movin!
Well I just completed Wk 1 Day 1. I am in the low group for pull-ups. The final set kicked my butt - I had to rest between the 2nd and 3rd pull-up. I got 'em done though and am looking forward to pulling it out for next week.

I did the initial test yesterday. I struggled through but managed 4 pull-ups. Looking forward to starting with Week 1 tomorrow.
