ive been fighting with shoulderpain for the last couple weeks and it just got worse, so i was forced to completly stop training. i hate it and i so want to begin again. but health is more important i guess. as soon, as i can restart safely, ill be posting again. see u soon hopefully

Todays maximum was 43, which is 1 below my best max on 7 sets. Quite successfull from this point of view, but sadly still far away from completing this day 100%
Next week will be a new maxtest and I hope to get my 13 reps. If I can dish out 12 on D3 I see it becoming true :P

Seriously, Ive felt so tired during todays program, I really wonder how I got this "far"
But man, how disappointing that I couldnt get the ninth rep complete. Bar was at my nose :/
Oh well, still one rep better than last time, even though I slept like 10 hours the last 3 days (summed up), had to work like a freakin beast and wasnt able to eat properly.
Next workout is 8,9,10,11,12 and I am striving to get at least 8,9,10,10,x for this day. Wish me luck!

Last weekend ive been on a trip. on a trip with lots of alcohol and not much to eat :P
I hope thats the reason for not being able to finish this set successfully, but yet i will continue normally. back on the track 100% now, and no disturbances in sight.

I didnt have to struggle at all except for thelast rep of the last set probably. Im starting to get problems with callus and they kinda hurt while doing chins. Need to look for a solution. Not much else to say. Hope to complete at least week 5 with all reps.

The first cycle increased my maximum by exactly 3 reps. This is not much, but it could be worse. My genes are definitely not the best, so I know not to expect too fast progress.
The coming 4 weeks ill redo W5&6 two more times (first column 1 and depending on the outcome column 2 after that). If I dont come close to 15 reps, Ill probably stop the program.
At least, Im going to do everything possible to maximize the outcome of this program for the next 4 weeks.

First time ever I got 10 reps. Well, when youre supposed to do 13, its not that great anymore. This is the first time I got to 40 reps with only 5 sets though, so thats another good point ;)

Yes, utter fail once more. I at least hoped for one set of 10 reps and came SO close but my chin didnt went above the bar. Well..I dont know how people can really successfully do this program on the first try. My maximum was 9.5 reps like 4 weeks ago and now Im supposed to do 4 sets above my maximum in a row.
However, one more day and Ill do maxtest again. Aiming for 11 reps here. Ill be heavily disappointed if I wont be able to do at least 11.

Was only able to squeeze out 7 on the last set, and the 8 before that was my limit already.
Next day is 8-9-10-11-12, not to mention 13 reps on the third day...this will be miserable. Im guessing my new maximum around 11 or so. I definitely wont be able to go past 9/10 reps this week. Im just gonna give it my all and see what happens.
