Initial Test

I maxed out with 6 Pull-Ups on 1/20/10. In addition to 20 Pull-Ups I am also doing 100 Push Ups, 200 Sit Ups and 200 Squats. I am starting Week 5 (of 6) on 1/24/10 for those last 3 programs.

We'll see what type of effect these programs have on my aging frame.
