Finally did 7-6-6-8-9 with 180 seconds interval instead of required 90 seconds. Last set still was hard. Next time will probably do the same day with shorter interval.
I don't know, maybe author of this training program can give some advice. I intend to repeat W1/D2 with shorter and shorter intervals until I can do it in 90 sec.
I am doing pronated, dead-hangs, striving for good form.
With 90" rests I can do:
7-6-6-8-7-1-1
The last two are with 3-5 seconds rest, just trying to get to the 9.
Should I bump up the interval to 120" or just keep doing what I'm doing ?
