I see you've got some trouble progessing and I see you do the trainings with just 1 or no day rest. You could try to give your arms a bit rest before you try again: it might work better for you.
I too take almost always 2 days rest, even when my arms feel better the next day. Works for me :)
When the muscles get enough rest they get enough time to become stronger. Bodybuilders also just train the same muscle group once or twice a week.
Tnx for advice! I agree that too frequent trainings may be a problem, last few times I felt tired already at the start of exercise. I'm also doing push-ups, situps and squats in parallel, maybe should do them in the same day as pull-ups.
