I took a day off as prescribed. I feel a little tendonitis in my right elbow. I worked through it today. It's Friday and I am going to take off until Monday. I will still be on week one day 3 then I think I am going to start from week one day one on Monday to start at an even spot in the rotation. I am battling with myself as I type this as to whether or not that is a setback. My rational self says no. My irrational impatient self says it is a setback. I think that I will listen to my internal voice of reason. I did work out this week and some pullups are better than none.
