I am starting my proggie (program) today with "Initial test". Whole proggie from week one I'll start today/tomorrow.
Did 1, then 1, then not quite 1, then 1 negative, not quite 1 (1 negative instead), and one negative.
I think I will stay here a while before I move ahead. Doesn't make sense to continue to the next day if I can't finish this one.

Completed the workout. I think I will add more time to the negatives to build strength.
So I followed the program and the second column (6-9), and I did it! But I wouldn´t have made a 6th chin-up in the last set, so I feel that I am in the right column.

I am a 25-year old woman. I have never really been the sporty type, but I have always wanted to have physical strenght. I have never been overweighted, and I have kept myself in relatively OK shape, by outdooractivities like walking, jogging, hunting, swimming etc.
Those pull ups need work. I think I will bump myself back one level to build up strength.
